Directions
Take one rounded teaspoon daily with food. More can be taken as desired. Children (5 - 15 years:) A generous half a teaspoon daily with food. Add to juice or water, or stir into food after cooking. To make a fruit smoothie: add to a blender 3 cups of your favourite juice, add 1 banana and blend until smooth. (Makes 3 servings.)
