ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of: Fennel, Aniseed, Chamomile, Nettle, Raspberry leaf Non GMO. Vegan. Hypoallergenic. No lactose, sugar, gluten, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
Directions
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Use 1 level teaspoon (l000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 mins. Repeat up to 3x daily.
