Description

Thursday Plantation Lavender Oil is a pharmaceutical grade oil distilled from the flowering tops of lavandula angustifolia commonly known as the lavender plant. Lavender oil has a calming and soothing effect and has been used traditionally in aromatherapy for relieving mild anxiety and nervous tension. It can be used with a vapouriser for aromatherapy. It can also be used topically to soothe skin itching, eczema symptoms and inflammation due to insect bites or as a massage oil to help soothe head ache and improve sleep.

Thursday Plantation believes in the power of essential oils and natural ingredients in nourishing the skin and restoring its health. Each product has been tested to a high standard and is ideal for whole family use.

Ingredients

  • Lavender Oil

  • *Free from petrolatum, mineral oils, silicon, SLS, SLES, animal-derived ingredients, synthetic preservatives, and parabens.

Directions

  • For adults only, use as a massage oil to relieve head ache and nervous tension by mixing 5 drops of lavender oil with 10ml carrier oil. Gently massage on forehead, temples, back of the neck, shoulders or on the whole body.

  • For vapourisation, add 5 drops of lavender to water in an oil burner.

  • To relieve eczema, dilute 5 drops of lavender oil to 10ml carrier oil then apply directly on affected area of the skin.

  • For insect bites, apply undiluted lavender oil onto affected area.

Cautions & Interactions:

  • Always read the label. Use only as directed. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.

  • Do not use internally: this product has been designed for external skin application.

  • Avoid eye contact.

Handling time: Parcel will be sent out within 1 - 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Delivery time: depends where the item is shipped from as stated in the product page:

  • For products sent from Auckland is normally overnight in Auckland area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.
  • For items shipped directly from overseas is usually around 7-10 working days. It will be delivered by NZ Post once landing in NZ. 

Courier service used: NZ Post or occasionally PBT couriers.

For AU Orders:

Up to 3Kg, a flat shipping rate of $6.90 for every order sent from Hong Kong or $17.50 shipping for a order from New Zealand..
