Description

Essential Sleep & Stress Nutrients comes in a convenient capsule form, which can be easily taken before bed. For children, the capsules may be opened and mixed with juice to drink before their bedtime.

Directions

Adults: Take 3-6 capsules daily at night before bed with water. 6 Capsules are the highly recommended dose.

Children’s doses change depending on age:

  • Children 6 to 12 years: Take 3 capsules with diluted juice each night before bed. Capsules can be opened and mixed with the juice if preferred.
  • Children 2 to 5 years: Open 1-3 capsules and add to a small amount of diluted juice.

At full Adult dose, a 180 capsules bottle contains months supply

For best results: we recommend taking the product for a minimum of one month and ongoing as needed.

Precautions
Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to one or any of the ingredients.

Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications. Essential Sleep & Stress Nutrients should be administered at least 2 hours apart from tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics.

If you are taking Warfarin we insist that you inform your doctor of your decision to take this product.
