For NZ Orders:

Handling time: Parcel will be sent out within 1 - 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Delivery time: depends where the item is shipped from as stated in the product page:

• For products sent from Auckland is normally overnight in Auckland area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.
• For items shipped directly from overseas is usually around 7-10 working days. It will be delivered by NZ Post once landing in NZ. 

Courier service used: NZ Post or occasionally PBT couriers.

For AU Orders:

Up to 3Kg, a flat shipping rate of $6.90 for every order sent from Hong Kong or $17.50 shipping for a order from New Zealand..

Handling time: 1 - 2 working days once payment is cleared.

Delivery Time: Except for those with longer shipping time specified in product page, delivery time  is usually 8-12 working days to most metro address in Australia, and extra days to a rural address.

For HK, SG & TW Orders:

Up to 1Kg, a flat charge $24 shipping for a order of health products sent from New Zealand. For other general items, it is FREE shipping to Hong Kong, Singapore or Taiwan.

Handling time: 1 - 2 working days once payment is cleared.

Delivery Time: Except for those with longer shipping time specified in product page, delivery time  is usually 7-10 working days to most urban address in Hong Kong, Taiwan & Singapore.

For UK Orders:

Up to 1Kg, a flat charge $24 shipping for a order of health products sent from New Zealand. For other general items, it is $6.90 shipping to United Kingdom.

Handling time: 1 - 2 working days once payment is cleared.

Delivery Time: Except for those with longer shipping time specified in product page, delivery time  is usually 8-14 working days to most urban address in United Kingdom.

We offer 14-day no-question-asked refund policy for returns in re-salable conditions (unopened with undamaged packaging. All accessories, parts and manuals etc. must be included and as their original conditions).  

The following products are not returnable and refundable:

• Used or opened consumable products such as cosmetics or a bottle of capsules etc.;
• All products listed as clearance items (with a short product expiry);
• A product with a clear statement displayed on its page as non refundable for your health, hygiene and safety protection.
• Products with expired warranty (warranty period: 90 days for items under $50, 6 months for items under $100 and 1 year for those valued $100 or above).

All returns need to be posted to New Zealand address as instructed.
