Description

Nordic Naturals Postnatal Omega-3 is carefully crafted to provide the omega-3 nutritional support women require after childbirth - both for themselves and for their babies.

Postnatal Omega-3 offers significant amounts of the omega-3 DHA which supports neurological development in nursing infants. It also contains a potent dose of the omega-3 EPA to support a positive mood after childbirth and optimal fat metabolism.

The added vitamin D3 offers additional mood support, as well as immune support for both mum and baby (if mum is breastfeeding).

Small, easy-to-swallow soft gels and delicious natural lemon flavour.

This product is Certified Sustainable by Friends of the Sea (FOS).

Directions

Adults: Take two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Precautions

Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.

Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.

Keep out of reach of children.

Consult with a health practitioner before using this product if you are allergic to iodine, use blood thinners, or anticipate surgery.  

Following a C-section, it is best to wait a week before starting this product.

  • Total Omega-3s 1120mg
  • EPA 586mg
  • DHA 456mg
  • Other Omega-3s 78mg
  • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000IU

Other ingredients: Purified deep sea fish (sardines and anchovies), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerine, water, natural lemon flavour), natural lemon flavour, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

No: Gluten, milk derivatives, artificial colours or flavours.
