Deep sleep is a unique formulation of 5HTP and herbs that work together to promote relaxation and sleep. Passionflower, Californian Poppy and Jamaican Dogwood relax the mind and body with 5HTP to support the nervous system and aid normal sleep patterns by naturally increasing seratonin and melatonin to induce sleep without the hangover effects often experienced by insomnia medication.

Deep Sleep can help induce sleep naturally, without the ‘hang over’ effects often experienced by insomnia medication precusor for serotonin which can be converted into melatonin - the important brain hormone for healthy sleep and mood with magnesium and Vitamin B6.

Directions
