How does it work?

This is a unique combination of herbs, vitamins and minerals. Chaste tree supports regular cycles, pre-menstrual balance and muscle relaxation. Milk thistle supports oestrogen balance and Withania helps to balance out stress-induced hormonal changes.
Ginkgo supports healthy blood flow to the pelvic area. Magnesium supports pelvic comfort, B6 supports healthy mood and balanced hormones and zinc supports skin health and helps with normal blood sugar balance and cravings.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule daily or as directed.
