ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of: Valerian root, Lemon Balm, Woodruff, Passionflower, Licorice, Hops Non GMO. Vegan. Hypoallergenic. No lactose, sugar, gluten, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE Use 1 level teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 mins. Take 30 mins before bedtime. Repeat if needed.

  • For products sent from Auckland is normally overnight in Auckland area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.
  • For items shipped directly from overseas is usually around 7-10 working days. It will be delivered by NZ Post once landing in NZ.
