How To Use:

  1. Turn on by pressing the "ON/INC" button.
  2. Adjust modes by pressing the "PROGRAM" button.
  3. Increase intensity by pressing the "ON/INC" button
  4. Decrease intensity by pressing the "OFF/DEC" button.

Attention:

  1. If you can't feel anything, press the "ON/INC" button to increase the intensity. At low intensity or when changing modes, you may not feel anything, but it's still working.

  2. Use the low frequency setting for 15 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day. If you use it for a long time or feel a stronger impulse, you may feel tired afterwards.

  3. Wait at least 30 minutes after eating before using. It's best to use after showering or washing with warm water.

  4. Clean the gel pad with water and let it dry naturally when it becomes dirty and loses its stickiness.
