Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bed. Repeat the dose during the night if required.

Each gelatin capsule contains:
- Vitamin B3 12.5mg
- Vitamin B6 5mg
- 5-Hydroxytryptophan 25mg
- Magnesium 62.5mg
- Passiflora incarnata extract equiv. to dry herb 540mg
- Scutellaria lateriflora herb 80mg.
Also contains Magnesium sterate.
