Comvita® Manuka Blend Honey combined with a variety of other rich and herbaceous New Zealand bush honeys such as Rewarewa and Kamahi.

Directions

Comvita® MGO 30+ Manuka Blend Honey can be used as a delicious spread. For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.

A teaspoon of honey 2-3 times per day, straight off the spoon or in a herbal tea may soothe sore throats or assist with digestive upsets.
